Yoga is awesome in the morning. It wakes you up and sets up your day, which after doing yoga, is always awesome and better than any other way of waking up. I honestly, truely wish that I could start every day practicing yoga. However due to the bus shedule and my work schedule, I am unable. It’s a real bummer. So therefore I cherish the days that I’m there in the AM.
Tomorrow I hope do to the same, however, I think a cup of joe and some reading also sounds like a great way to wake up.
